Very bad, stop behaviour, dirty pool if I read this Pathankot club, I will give zero

If you want to feel the goodness and richness then this place is awesome you can have everything loaded. Bar is awesome, restaurant is good, rooms are great you can have great feelings over here. Love to go in evening. But in summers you can try in afternoon in weekends.

Namaste! I am a Non Resident Indian NRI and had worst experience of stay in this club. I booked from 14 Oct to 16 Oct through popular makemytrip website and arrived 6 am in the morning at address listed on the site. . The entrance door was locked. No security guard. Two street dogs sleeping in front of the main enrance door. After few min of wait some hotel personnel came to open the front door. The management was continuously demanding every day the fees for stay for 3 days. I told them I have already paid thru my credit card on line. They refuse to acknowledge Online payment I had to call the Manager of Make My Trip to clarify and call them to reconfirm this. It was very embarrassing. The room was no cleaned by house keeping staff till you ask for it till 6 pm in the evening. Sky channel TV out of order . One cannot even watch latest news. Phone service out of order. Breakfast service very downgraded except sandwich and tea/coffee nothing is available. No juices no other complementary meals on paid breakfast. During checkout as my train was scheduled for evening the management inspite of horrible service demanded 2000 Rupees for 7 hours extra stay in the room for which no receipt was provided. I will not encourage any one to stay in this hotel particularly NRIs for this type of horrible service. Hope my review will help!

The club has been there since 1987 and is recently under going renovation. Apart from having a restaurant, it also has a small marriage garden, a gym and a night club. The most attractive thing about this place which I found was the indoor swimming pool and a restaurant near the pool where the guests can sit in ankle deep water while enjoying there meals

Well built n maintained place for partying, conferences and events. Food is also quite up to the mark. Ambience also gets all positive vibes. But management needs improvement in certain areas. I hope quite many people who have visited here might have had got my opinion.

We organized wedding ceremony at pathankot club. We had such a pathetic experience. Very unprofessional staff and the owner.we have had our function in open area,but without asking or telling anyone,owner shifted to inside which was such a small area to accomodate people..Decoration was bad,food was bad.it spoiled our whole enthusiasm for function. Never ever go to this place. Owner has opened a pub near to it and his all focus is there only and not on his restaurant..

Pathetic place, swimming pool is stinking, no cleanliness, waste of resources. Not a recommended place

Smelly hotel. Rooms not clean. No ventilation. Not even an exhaust fan in bathroom. Our room was 202. Worst room in hotel. No openable window in hotel.
