Hotel Woodland

Dated; a sad tale of no budget for maintaining an otherwise well-built hotel. AC was broken in several rooms. We were moved once after we checked in, then in the 'new' room (which smelled slightly like vomit) we had to move again around 11 p.m. when we figured out that a long, bright light in the room couldn't be switched off - I have honestly never heard of such a thing. They finally moved us into a decent room with working AC and no weird smell and I was only left to wonder why they didn't give us that room in the first place as the hotel was virtually empty. The morning staff was more helpful and competent than the evening staff.

I stayed in Aug, 2023 . Extremely disappointed with their overall customer service. In a stay of 2 days they made me change my room 5 times bcs. ( bad tiles in bathroom, very poor hygiene, AC isn't working etc.). In the night I asked for a mosquito liquid the reception responded we had 2 and already given to some other guest. I'm genuinely telling everyone please don't stay at this hotel as there are many other better alternatives available near pathankot railway station.

I tried out the hotel last month just as a walk in and found the hotel staff very helpful. The rooms were average except for the suite I tried second visit which was impressive. Food was not bad but I had difficulty in sleeping as the room and specially the mattresses were smelly. The first time I stayed I was scared to take a bath or wash my face as the water supply was muddy. Suite could improve with better lighting in bedroom, new non smelly mattresses, more plug points and press table provision.||I still give a good rating as the accommodating staff tried all else possible to increase comfort within their capacity.||Buffet breakfast option would make it my choice hotel for future stays

Good location very close to city railway station, Good sized rooms, Needs a lot of renovation as the infrastructure has become dated, airconditioner needs to be replaced, entire bathroom fittings, walls needs replacement, no need for bathtub, it's a waste of space and in fact hinders showering.

One of the good hotel & restarant. Located in Dhangu road just after venice hotel & Opp to Bikaner sweet. It is cozy & Nice ambience.service is good.The behaviour of staff & Management is good.Bar attached &it is elegant. The food served is hygienic & healthy.Room is price worthy. Laundry service, free wifi, Taxi service available.a small banquet/party hall available having copacity of 50-100 people.Limited Parking available.

Considering the tariff, I paid for the stay, I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff is very courteous, excellent service from them. Location is also good, very easy to find and I got car parking as well. Food was very tasty & very rightly priced. I have all the praises for them.||||I opted for MAP plan and they offered us everything we could ask for! Excellent!

Location is alright though not visible from the main road. It seems like whom so ever built this hotel had a vision but was unable to achieve it. Service is alright and the food was quite decent. Rates are also affordable. I'm giving a 3 star rating because the room was just about OK. A little upgrade can do wonders with this hotel.

Awesome food with best quality food in pathankot. Situated at the center if the city. Awesome sitting arrangement with a big fish aquarium. Elevator to reach the higher floors.nice rooms. The bar is also near to the restaurant. Best for family and also for the couples to visit. Must visit place for food stuff.
