Avoid if You Value Peace or Sleep The only redeeming factor is that it's located on the main road. Beyond that, it's been a terrible experience. The rooms are in pathetic condition -- poorly maintained and far from comfortable. Loud music blares till 1:30 AM, and even after that, it continues at a lower volume. It's impossible to rest or sleep. To make it worse, the beds are the absolute worst -- noisy, uncomfortable spring beds that feel like torture devices. The AC? Sounds like a cement mixer at a construction site. What's even more disappointing is that reviews like this won't change anything. They won't lose business, and they clearly don't care enough to improve. This isn't a post-stay rant -- I'm writing this live at 1:44 AM, still being tortured by the low bass thumping through the walls

Staff were rude and unfriendly, the room was in a terrible state with an appalling smell. The whole hotel was in a dire state, the shower barely worked and there was a long wait for hot water. As a backpacker I'm used to roughing it a bit, however for the price of this hotel it did not compare in the slightest to other less expensive accommodation. Would definitely not recommend, avoid at all costs.

For the price here, you can get a whole Airbnb in some places. Lobby looks good, rooms have quite a few problems. Food is good, the rest is ok.

Place needs a little maintenance. One lift was not working. Food is ok. Staff was cordial and nice

Considering other available options in Pathankot. This hotel is good in amenities. Has a restaurant . 2 lifts. Ample space. The interior is old but otherwise looks good. Situated right on the main road.

Room are excellent with good amenities. We were provided with shampoo, oil, toothpaste, toothbrush and all basic needs. The rooms are big and enough to accomodate 3 people easily. Food served is delicious and staff is polite and helpful.

As usual this place has never let us down, it's running way before I was born, my mom has stories to tell, yet it's so authentic and hygienic with amazing ambience,loved it!

Am Gorish I booked my party of dated 11/10/2024 at evening time .... My party experience is tooo good ..... Staff nd the manager named rishabh nd whole staff is too cooperative... Mr. Rishabh manage my party with proper hygiene, with proper responsibility..... Thank you unite team
