Rooms are clean and service is also very good.

As I reached Pathankot while travelling to Leh by bike this is the first stay is at Arjun guest house positive part neat and clean rooms tea breakfast is good and have in rooms negative part they enquire many things like you are couple or you are married or not etc second negative part only one caretaker is there which makes things delay soo overall good stay

Very good experience... Staff also helpful. Feel fully secured here. they also have security guard for taking care of our vehicle.

Worst experience...were denied and then increased the price of room after seeing it's a couple. Checked id in the car in front of hotel and so much misbehave.

I bet you will regret for going here , such dumb and rude staff there are plus reception is on 4 th floor and they don't give room to those who are below 22 age DON'T GO

We were discriminated by the colour of our skin. But for sure it is better to pretend that there are no rooms (while booking.com has plenty options) rather than be honest. We were in India for several months. But we are white! UPDATE: as Suneha Sharma stated that apparently the hotel contacted us many times and asked to cancel the booking. I've never said we booked a room. We went directly to the reception and were told that the empty hotel was full and when we pointed that there were many options on the booking.com the receptionist contacted his boss who said that there were NO ROOMS FOR US. At that point ( in March), there were no restrictions for accepting the foreigners, so it even makes it worse, that now the hotel staff have to lie

Very clean hotel in Pathankot Punjab with good location and good staff , also parking facility available and security guard. This hotel opposite to Malikpur chowk bus stand you can catch all types of transportation for Jammu , kangra, Dalhousie, all Himachal, Jalandhar, Delhi.

All staffs are very friendly. Near to the highway. Room is clean and have enough space. The only drawback is no lift. But no worries, staff will help to carry luggage
