Horrible hotel. No maintenance. Not good for family. Area also not good. Pls don't book this hotel based on ratings. Food is good. But hotel not maintained properly. Dirty rooms and washrooms. Don't provide basic toiletries. No handwash. Nothing. Some rooms are smelly.

Deserves zero star rating. Receptionist is rude and has no idea of the online booking. Unnecessary charges. Dinner charged online and offline. No room service. No phone in room. More than 70% item in menu are not available.Untidy bedsheets. No soaps and towels provided.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They have no service standards, the staff is untrained, room service is extremely delayed, and the location is inconvenient. The basement parking is practically useless, with space for only two cars, and the lift does not provide access to the basement.||Apart from the poor location, the rooms are smelly, and while they have TVs, they are non-functional. The washrooms lack basic amenities like towels and soap. If you need assistance from the service staff, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or call 4-5 times just for something as basic as a towel.||I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I booked this hotel through Agoda at a discounted price and was excited about my stay. However, upon arriving on my booked date and time, I was told by the owner that they had no rooms available. Instead, they shifted us to another hotel nearby, which they owned. The alternative hotel was horrendous. The room was in an appalling condition: it was filthy, reeked of a horrible smell, and the washroom was so unhygienic that it was unbearable. The bedsheets were dirty, the floor was unclean, the bed was in terrible shape, the chairs were broken, and even the geyser didn't work. It was evident that the only reason for this shift was the discounted price I paid through Agoda. This is completely unethical and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, the pricing of the bad hotel was the same as the original booking, proving that the owners were simply trying to profit by cheating customers who book through discounted platforms. This experience was beyond disappointing. I feel cheated and would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel and its affiliated properties. Such practices should be reported, and I urge Agoda to take strict action against them to protect other customers from going through this.

The photo shown online is completely different from reality there are no windows in the room, and no towels were provided. When I asked for water, it took them an hour, and eventually, I had to go to the reception myself to get it. The service is absolutely pathetic and highly disappointing.

I booked a primium room but I got a 3rd class room and rude behave of the receptionist, very poor service. I bathed with cold water because geyser was not working and and while we turned on the taps it leaking of water, very bad service, and we order a please of food and someone cooked food for me but it was waste of time and we gone there out of the area to eat. Smelling rooms and I said to the reception that please clear the room he said we currently cleared the room. My experience was every bad. I have reached there at 6:00 am and called again and again to the hotel, they didn't pick up my call. He also said that we don't have any room, although o booked the room before 5 days to avoid this activity, and if any was coming there to booking the room, they getting room instantly, but I was waiting that check-in will be at 11 am, I said no problem and I can pay extra.

Very good staff and room service are too good and all the staff are so polite
