Hotel La Silver Leaf

Indulgent stay! Impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The room was luxurious . Highly recommend for a special occasion.

I gave most genuine and honest reviews about the sliver leaf Hostal that is basically change into max well me & one of our family member visited for the enquiry of Hostal rooms for occasion of wedding but the manager *Ravi* and receptionist girl don't treated properly as well as they laughed apart from this rooms are not so cool they charge hotel room more expensive and when I check online they are way more cheaper in end they are just misguided the guest and when they confront they shows attitude and arrogance I recommend to all not to book this for your vacation or quality time very bad even worse hotel I ever visited

Too much of time taken in serving breakfast, when asked for more vegetable told us it will take time( chef will again prepare, not ready). There is no arrangement for driver stay in night which most of the hotels provide.

The room was well equipped with water boiler and safe deposit box.

very worst hotel. worst service . They refused to give wifi password as well. very bad food and bad service. Banquet Hall is also not good. please don't book this hotel and banquet hall. It's totally money waste. Very bad experience

"We have stayed at La Silver Leaf Nawanshahr for a first time. We were greeted with a great smile and Mr. Paramdeep Singh helped with our smooth check in. He was really cooperative and friendly nature. All the services were very quick and food was so delicious. Around La Silver Leaf you will get good options for shopping. Staff was very helpful nature. We had a lovely conversation with them. Our room was proper clean. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. We will surely recommend this place to all. ""

We had booked 2 rooms,travelling with elders. We asked for rooms to be cleaned upon checking in as they were dusty with dead flies and the sheets to be changed as they they had holes in them. ||There was a party taking place which was loud but we were advised that in the evening parties took place in the basement and we would not hear any noise. Our parents went to shower and the water was cold. After waiting for an hour for it be rectified they had to leave without any hot water. ||We returned for the night after midnight and the music was blasting loudly which we could hear on the third floor. This did not stop until 3 am!!!||We had 2 rooms one on the third floor and the other on second floor. We expected a sofa bed in one of the rooms and instead found a mattress on the floor! We queried this as our booking said sofa bed and were informed that the mattress was the norm!||Both rooms had no hot water the following morning either and there was a constant whirring noise in the room in the third floor. We spoke to another guest who said he had had to move out of the third floor due to the noise too. We requested to speak to the manager who did not appear so after waiting for 2 hours we checked out of the hotel.||The staff were arguing between themselves about who was responsible for lack of service and were unable to provide us with a reasonable resolution. Don't bother with this hotel!!!
