I and my wife stayed at the hotel for two nights. We found the experience highly pleasant. The room was very good and clean. The food in the restaurant was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Miss Neetu was particularly very helpful and treated us with great respect. She made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We will no doubt stay there again on our next visit to Nawanshahr and have no hesitation in will recommending the hotel to our family and friends.|Parkash Aujla

My recent Continent hotel was a thoroughly positive experience, offering a comfortable and convenient base for my travels. Rooms: The rooms were notably clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and pleasant environment. Service: The service was good. Staff members were not so attentive, helpful or went above and beyond to ensure a smooth or enjoyable stay. Their promptness and willingness to assist was not seen much Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items, and the quality was generally satisfactory. However, I felt it could benefit from the addition of more vibrant and colorful options. Perhaps more fresh fruits, colorful pastries, or even some visually appealing breakfast bowls would elevate the experience like flavoured curd. Location: The location was ideal. Ambience: The hotel boasts a pleasant and welcoming ambience. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and conducive to a comfortable stay. Staff: The f&b staff was friendly and approachable. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel welcome and valued. Overall: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced stay. While the breakfast buffet could use a touch more vibrancy, the excellent service, clean rooms, and friendly staff more than made up for it. I would happily return.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and I had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Neetu at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, ensuring that check-in was smooth and offering great local recommendations. Aman, one of the bartenders, was always cheerful and ready to assist with any orders, making the experience even more enjoyable. Mani, the sky bar attendant, was always helpful to us and made the nights exceptional even letting us play our own music to as we felt at home. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Om, in the bar/restaurant, provided top-notch service with a friendly demeanor, making each meal/drink a pleasant experience. He was truly the special character of all making our family feel welcomed each night we visited. His service he provides is next to none and we felt like he became a friend rather than just an employee at the hotel, Thank you a lot! The hotel's facilities were great, and the service throughout my stay was impeccable. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and friendly team, and these individuals truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

stopped at the contenetel hotel for 14nights just recently It was like being in a uk premier in hotel nice clean rooms and bathrooms but they could do with a extractor fan in the bathroom restaurant food brilliant and we ate 14 days here including meat and fish dishis no stomach upsets polite staff who cooked at your request even though it was a buffet breakfast .the staff on front desk we also helpful as were the cleaners A GREAT TEAM in nawasher site o and nothing ever went missing from my room I would leave carriers with suits shopping I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR HOLIDAY MAKERS LOOKING FOR A HOMELY FEELING

We ordered food this evening from the restaurant at this hotel and the food was amazing- we did take out order. Exactly what we wanted. The customer service was excellent.
