Zero percent service no attandent at reception no gyser led no pillow in room phone not attend by recepecnist when you want to early ch out in morning before 7.30 am no employee available main gate also locked when you call on phone they not attend bill amount is differ from menu chart they collect extra payment

It was a good experience at Hotel NH1 Grand. Room was well maintained according to price. Excellent food quality and well trained staff.

Neat & clean room. Excellent service and food quality.. Availabe on National highway 1.

Super poor service, there are many other better options available around the city within same price.

If you are going family dont stay here. Its not family place. Rude staff and owner

Not suitable for people going to Beas. There Service is pathetic and usually drink & non-veg parties keep on going on.
