Hotel Alitus

They charged 2500 and 1500 but there is no amnesties or service , generally when u booked hotel,they offered u biseralli water but they refills the bottle with tap water and when u complaint about it they responded by saying u didn't mention earlier.they charged 300 extra for bedding .No hangers for hanging clothes ,no hand towel ,bath towel they gave so dirty .no clean bedsheet.it all stings with typres smell and cigrette smell.

Good hotel for stay. Reasonable room rent. But no room service, no food at hotel. Most of the room have moisture. They don't have even fridge. Intercom facility not there. Dinning and no food service available. Have parking space. AC is is quite effective. Room LED perfectly fine with all channels. Washroom is modern and clean. Suggestions: Atleast fridge should be operative. Intercom facility should be there in every room. If they are not running restaurant, they must provide link with nearby good restaurants to provide breakfast and food in the room.

Very good neat and clean, however service needs to be improved as there is hardly ANY facilities for food or tea arrangements roof top restaurant can be a grt idea on this hotel top

We had been to this hotel while on the way from Nainadevi to Chintpurni.|We booked 2 rooms deluxe. Rooms were good but we faced hot water problem as Heaters size were small. Only one attendant.|Theses people think once you have booked no need to solve their problems.|Average stay... No option once you have selected...

last week i stay in Hotel ALTIUS , Nangal. Hotel is well maintained and beautiful Rooms All staff is cooperative and Mr Rahul the manager of the hotel. He provide a good Service. His way talk is so nice and Politely . I Tell everybody if they go nangal or Himachal Pardesh stay only in Hotel ALTIUS

Visited the place and found it so shadowy that decided to leave without even hiring the room though the time was around 10 in the night. Location was in Nangal city was perfect for stay when seen online but the ambience and the staff was very very unprofessional.

Very bad experience, rooms were not at all clean. Had to ask staff to clean multiple times. Room does not have curtains. Not at all maintained and staff is not at all cooperative. We took family room with two beds, bath tub had stains and they could not clean as they did not have even basic things to clean bathroom.

Amazing accommodation...very cooperative staff....family stay hotel.... clean and safe....will definitely visit again...
