Hotel Ladhar Palace

Last night I visted in ladhar palace and restaurant and ordered the egg curry and before i said if you don't have a fresh boiled egg than you can boiled it please put on that after that they used a 2-3 days ago egss in egg curry . They are are uses a balck eggs in a egg curry . When we complaining about this thing to the manager and they said just said its just knifes cutting edges on the eggs. I just completely disappointed about this thing because they are not accepting this thing and there also said "if you wanna complaint anywhere we don't care about it " its my personally recommended dont go there.. really disappointed

We ordered egg curry and i previously said pls serve the fresh egg in egg currry and they said we we r surve fresh egg but they serve not fresh egg I just comlaint according to to this so they said this is a knife cutting points.

Their restaurant is very good in the area. Genuine rates, nice quality. They can improve the washroom of restaurant, and even the sitting. I think they can do a lot and they should keep the restaurant more clean.

It was horrible night, yesterday I was there in night only me my driver and one gaurd is on duty yesterday night, I was sleeping very well unfortunately one per person come in my room suddenly I don't know from where he entered in my room he touched my shoulder very hard and said just go from this place I didn't understand I just collected my cloths and things I run away from that room after so many things happened with me which was not normal at that time I thanks to God that I left that place in sometime, I don't know who was that person but it was really horrible time ...

This review is for the restaurant as I cannot comment on the palace. They have two restaurants on two levels, we visited the restaurant on the second floor. The staff were welcoming and charming, nothing was too much of trouble for them. We made a mistake in ordering onion only salad (thinking it would come mixed) they corrected it swiftly without hesitation. The service was good and the food delicious. We had tandoori chicken for starters, butter chicken and dhal manki with tandoori roti, all came out hot and delicious. Would recommend. The waiters were polite and tentative to our requirements.

Very well managed and very good staff, food is absolutely very tremendously good and tasty, a bit expensive but worth every bite , the best thing is the manchurian which is best i had ever tasted

Pretty sure owners write all the positive reviews for this place as there was hardly any thing good about my stay. Staff seem hostile. Complained when we had friends over (who were quiet) the wifi gets switched off from 9pm until 9am. There is no one to attend to guests from that time also. There was no soap or towels in our room to shower with however no one answered the phone when we rang three times and no one in the reception area. Food is below average with low hygiene. Guest dining area is outdated. Hotel room itself was nice, although uncomfortable beds. No one to help with bags to and from your room. Felt like the owners watched our every move during our stay. Would not recommend even if the hotel was free.

Great place to relax and enjoy great food. Great service prices are very good. NRI friendly
