City heart hotel and restaurant

We have booked the banquet but we have experienced the worst service. There is no good service. We booked for 100-150 person plates approx, they are stopping their service after serving 50 people.. washrooms are not cleaned. The hall is not clean. Bed rooms are the worst a smell is coming of selen. Doors are broken tables are not stable worst service i have seen. Worst hotel. I request you to avoid going there.

I suggest no one want to go there I stay there for two night it's was very bad experience with me Reception guy don't have manners to talk how to talk Even they are asking how many hours you stay there and my electricity bil will occupied at whole day what is that mean if we buy a room doesn't matter we use a whole day ar not It's too much expensive like in a small town they charge 1500 per night without breakfast In Nabha I thing cost was 1000 rs per day food also expensive They charge every necessary things like toothpaste brush and water bottle also Like they want money only that's it Doesn't matter for making a good relation with customer It's better you find better that hotel No cleaning in that hotel too much Makhiya

Rooms are not well maintained and cleanliness needed in washrooms as well as rooms staff should be more polite Food is good Rates are okay type Many marriage function done here Located on state highway nabha

Food is good, but after your food will come on table few Small small cockroach will appear and hanging out near your food, if u can enjoy food with few cockroach then it's best place. So city heart hotel need to maintain and need to spray full hotel .

My name is Yogesh Bhatia ( Yogi ) I always been to this place for good food but I must say owner of this place name Gogi is not watching his restaurant. I came after 4 years from Canada. Now I feel they have worst staff worst food. It's too costly and place is not worth come. If I would have option to give negative stars I will be more happy. There manager keep there phone off when you need to talk to them.

Rooms are ok ok, Service is very Poor and you must say it's not value for money. Location is on Highway so no Hotel Parking

Hotel is in a bad shape. All rooms need repairs. Bathrooms not clean. AC not working. Restaurant has good interiors, but that ends there.

Today i ordered a few snacks from Hotel City Heart i would these were the best snacks eaten ever ... i highly recommend this hotel to everyone must visit
