It was okay. Rating itself showing Accommodation was not perfect to stay. Service was again needed some more attention. Grooming of staff and cleanliness of the rooms is also a big concern. Laundry needs to change

I visit last week this hotel .service very good.room well maintained. Neet and cleaned Food also good all over good

Honestly, I hated it. The rooms were dirty, the linen was pale and unclean, and the floor was dingy. I asked for a change of room, but all the rooms were the same. They looked a 100 years old. The front desk was quite unwelcoming and I did not feel like I was at a 3 star hotel. The housekeeping staff was quite warm and friendly. They had female staff to pick the luggage. There were no trolleys so the female staff had to pick all the bags on their shoulders. I am all for gender equality, but female staff must be provided with trolleys to pick the heavy luggage. I asked for the linen to be changed, and my room's kettle to be changed as well. The staff was very helpful and helped the best they could. Overall, I was extremely happy with the staff but twice as disappointed with the room. I have travelled around India and stayed at 1 star lounges to 5 star hotels. The room and cleanliness was like that of a low cost lounge, but the price was that of a 3-4 star hotel. I rarely leave a negative review because I feel for the owners and staff, but this needed to be shared.

Rooms were good, neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with all basic amenities and facilities. Running hot water, Air conditioning, toiletries is available. Food was awesome and tasty. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or two. Excellent service given at all times, very caring staff extra ,attention given to my husband who is a wheelchair user. The staff will go the extra mile to detail to make sure your need is met. The bar area is unique ,special touch is given to each guests.

No hot water in the room. Served high tea with stale veg manchurian horrible veg pakoras. In Breakfast sandwich with hardly any butter and full of red grated carrots, white chole like boiled with potatoes, omlette . One room service/ waiter AMIT was very helpful all around.

Good place for visit it's have very piece full rooms and envrnment

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in so far. We were two persons. Booked a room for Rs. 4000. On checking in we found that toilet had glass walls with no curtains. That is, a person easing out in the toilet could be seen from the room. We refused to accept the room and were offered another room for Rs. 3300. We shifted the luggage to that room. Bathroom door of this room was swollen. We complained and a person came. He forcibly tried to close the door from inside but door handle came out in his hand. After that he left and no help was offered. In the morning there was no hot water supply in the bathroom. We complained. A person came and kept the tap running for five minutes but there was no hot water. He left saying plumber will check it. We waited and waited but in vain. We had to take shower with cold water. As a result missed an appointment. Really a pathetic experience. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
