Good Hotel if someone is looking for a corporate visit for business. Mere 2 mins walk from Railway station & you even dont need a taxi for that. Rooms were good infact more than good seeing the city it is in. Only 2 improvement areas - 1st footmat need to be new ones & 2nd Ac filters need to be cleaned so that ACs work properly. Also please include more options in Breakfast as only parathas were there. Rest a great & hassle free stay.

Best hotel. Awesome rooms. Cleaned rooms. Service is good. They have there own restaurants below. Don't try the biryani. Rest all burgers and fries taste good., but they don't Service on table,you need to collect from counter. Rest hotel is in wholesale market. You will have roadside food available. Need to check parking before you book.

I HAVE LOST MY BOAT AIRDOPS DURING MY STAY FROM 31-08-24 TO 3-08-24 , ROOM CLEANING STAFF HAS STOLEN THE AIRDOPS AT ROOM CLEANING TIME

Infraatructure wise the hotel is ok. But the service is really bad. I was promised complimentary breakfast. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days, but never received breakfast. Reasons were really absurd. First day owners father died, so the kitchen was to be closed down, 2nd day till 9:00 am breakfast was not ready and to my shock 3rd and 4th day the manager claimed to have given me call to send breakfast but could not send the breakfast as I did not picked his call. The hotel did not provide drinking water and we had to buy the water bottle as according to manager the customer is provided water only for welcoming purpose and rest they need to buy from the hotel. On my last day of stay I my work finished so I came back early by 4:00 pm. I returned to hotel and did not see anyone in the reception or around. After waiting for 10 minutes I decided to find some workers. No one knew about the receptionist or manager. When I neared my room on the 2nd floor, I saw my room open. To my disgust, I found the manager casually resting in my room. When asked,he answered that he way getting my room tidy. Seriously, no one from housekeeping, no one else, him resting in my room. My recommendation, please find some place else where the room service is actually better and there is some better security for your belongings.

No restraunt. Thanks for feedback. The rooms were quite good, clean and comfortable. No complaints reg any other issue.

Nice hotel in city to stay... Situated in Market... Delicious food... Quick room service... Prefer this hotel if you have plan to stay in City...
