Loved the overall experience. Clean, bright and spacious rooms with plenty of storage and all basic amenities. Excellent service and staff. With two restaurants on location, the food stood out. Delicious preparations - authentic indian and Punjabi dishes - kudos to the chef. Arguable the best hotel and restaurant in the region. Highly recommended!

For my visit to India in Oct/Nov 2024, I stayed here on my first night when arrived before mixing with family/relatives and doing all else because I needed some time, space, privacy and good facility to refresh myself. When I arrived, at 11pm, they managed to check me in efficiently, carried my heavy luggage for me into my room, then out into my car in the morning too. Requested for water bottles, and they were brought to me straight away. Given that my relatives houses and other locations I needed to go about doing my own things at were nearby, it was a very convenient location for me. Very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend!

Very clean property right on the highway. I'd visit again. Staff was courteous, I had no issues during the stay.

Ok experience. Paneer lababdar was good, soups, snacks and chapatis were also good. Dal Makhani was not at all tasty and was overpriced. Service was slow. Too much loud music in the restaurant due to which it got difficult to call waiters again and again. Also we asked for some rooms for our guests but room tariffs were also on the higher side.

Stayed at this hotel on the GT Road for a night while returning from Dharmshala via Pathankot. The hotel is top notch. Rooms were neat, clean, very well organised. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is something they should be proud of. Hotel bed was very comfortable. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. We checked in at around 11 pm, the chef waited for us and served our order. WOW! Very reasonable prices for their quality of service.

Hotel is located opposite an industrial area, next to a very busy road, which is convenient if you're by car but also quite noisy and remote if you want to take a walk. Hotel looks great from the outside, as well as restaurant/ cafe area inside. Rooms are decent and have Biotique toiletries, which is great. Their chai is also very good, breakfast couldn't have because of a wedding going on. Most staff members are very kind, but Abishek tops them all, the office manager who is a true gem. So knowledgeable, calm, attentive, humble and service oriented, huge compliments and thanks to Abishek, we enjoyed our stay greatly because of you.

Best Daal Khichdi I have had in a while, the rooms are well maintained, food is good some items are not listed but you can get them if you talk to the chef, and also the service was on par with Marriott.
