The manager at reception was very rude. We went for dine in and we were 11 people he asked us for book a room which was for 3500 rs.. It was really very bad experience. Even the receptionist don't know the meaning of hospitality...very bad experience.

Silver Palm Hotel and Resort in Malout offers a fantastic experience with its excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The staff is courteous, and the ambiance is perfect for relaxation. The outdoor area is beautiful, but adding a rainproof roof would make it even better for guests to enjoy in all weather conditions.
Today I went for lunch with 10 people the man on reception was rude he didn't allowed to sit us in resturant he asked for 3500 for room then I will allow to sit ...manager on reception was sooo rude, remove that man from reception else repo of silver plam is gone
I went here regarding Ring ceremony hall booking. I think the person sitting in office at ground floor in the end, started explaining all the things. I asked him why your price is high for per plate and Can we rent only hall. Then that person turned into aggressive behaviour and in high attitude, rudely said our meal cooked by shefs. He showing that we extremely available for rich class only. Like they interested to manage only Ambani marriage. All conversation with him was in Punjabi. Clearly I understand that he was trying to say that " pay us but don't ask questions"
I regularly stay in this hotel for business work. Rooms are spacious and with all amenities. Staff is not properly trained and few are non courteous and have rude behaviour. Serve good food when hotel is fully occupied otherwise the food is not good and have limited options in CP plan. Driver dormitory is available.
This is outer of city good view good parking space for vehicles room available here but poor service for employees wait for order & most delay your order not a right time deliver by service staff
