Worst pg or hotel in india...no service provided...if some problem..they dont give a shit about the problem...they just care about money...they dont have any sense how to talk to other people ...just rudely talking and shouting...i dont recommend this to even dogs to stay....worst experience ever..

If you are a solo traveller or a tourist and want a good stay in Ludhiana, then this hotel is best for you. Whenever I travel to Ludhiana for meetings and to meet my friends, I prefer to reside at this hotel. The rooms are really good, hygienic, have all the basic necessities available at very good price range. The staff is really helpful and cooperative, and overall you will love the stay. If you are coming Ludhiana for meetings and work and want a food stay at very good price then you must choose this hotel. For better offers you can also check online hotel booking platforms. Personally my experience is always good at this property and I can say that the rooms they offer are really value for money and I don't think you will get a good stay at this price point.

Quilts were dirty, changed twice still couldnt get better ones. Geizer was nice though were not working at night, rooms were decent and couldnt ask more, check for heating facilities as they provide if asked in advance.

This hotel is not an entirely separate building. It operates along with other showrooms and businesses. So it is a bit difficult to find and there is no dedicated parking infrastructure. The hotel is a little cramped and thus the rooms, lift is small. The furnishings in common area are bad and the ones in the rooms are decent for the price.

They are selling liquor illegally and very bad rooms and services. The elevator is like near about 1000 years old in elevators there are 2 door to close then the elevator start but in this hotel only door you should close and the elevator starts *don't go with kids* and the photos shows on oyo rooms are only of 2 side walls other 2 sides are not painted like the wall would be cracked if you touch it and the air conditioners age is as same as the elevator's age (MY HARDLY SUGGESTIONS IS DON'T EVEN THINK TO BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL)

Rajveer at reception was very friendly, polite and helpful. big spacious room, huge bathroom. Thats about it. The room and bathroom begged for maintenance, nothing was working at all. Especially is the bath.. the shower, jet shower cubicle, wc tap sink faucet, bath tub, none of them working. Just one faucet worked. Inside the room, the bed sheet was smaller than the bed , none of the remotes worked neither did the buttons on the tv or the reciever box. We were 3 in a room, was asked to pay 250 for extra bedding + 300 for extra person, doesnt make any sense at all but a ripoff. Anyway even after paying that strange charges we where given only 1 towel for 3 people to use, reminded the attendant but didnt get any at all. In short, avoid. We found Lot better options at lot cheaper pruces than this, even more closer to DMC hospital if thats why u r here.

Their Lift is super old and doesn't function properly. The food was Super salty and i couldn't eat it. The rooms are fine but Overpriced. Poor service and they don't give complementary water bottle even on asking.

Location of hotel is good. Other than that everything about this hotel is worse. Rooms are smelly, the elevator doesn't even work half of the time, room service is below average. Not recommended!
