It's a nice place, the only problem is service. Dust everywhere in the room, bathroom wasn't clean, bedsheet wasn't changed. I asked them to clean the toilet seat, a guy came with towels and wipes the seat with it. The manager was listening to my concerns but guys at the lower level were not bothered. They were not trained at all.

I have recently stayed at this hotel had good experience. The check in process was smooth and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Hotel's location was good with easy access to transportation. Overall I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay.

This hotel is very nice and is in the heart of Ludhiana city, Civil Lines in front of DMC hospital . I stay in Ludhiana many times for my work. The rooms here are neat and clean and we get all the amenities in our rooms.Food is delicious & staff is very cooperative. Specially Jas

The initial interaction with the unprofessional front office staff was disappointing and unwelcoming. Upon entering the room, the flickering light was immediately noticeable and irritating, hindering any attempt to settle in. The constant, loud noise emanating from the air conditioning unit made restful sleep seem impossible. Furthermore, a visible layer of dust covered various surfaces, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The absence of a garbage bag in the dustbin was a basic oversight that felt unhygienic. This combination of unprofessionalism, malfunctioning amenities, and poor cleanliness created a truly embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. I strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations in Ludhiana, as this OYO Townhouse failed to meet even basic expectations of hospitality and room maintenance.

One of my friends book this hotel on 17april they used another key to entering his room twice this most unsafe hotel in Ludhiana even they don't show there cctv there hus stuff will Seen twice to try entering in book. With the help of duplicate key .. Most unsafe hotel in Ludhiana..
