The Royal Casa

Stayed at this resort for one night, during our recent Assam Meghalaya Trip. Location of the place is super, but very limited parking space. Rooms are spacious and neat Food is so so.

The room are not clean and washrooms are smelling so bad . There is no water coming from the toilet . The showers are not working properly most importantly in cold we have to shower with cold water there no hot water coming from the tap . Room service is very Very bad . The hotel just looks good but its not good in reality. The bed sheets was very bad . And there is too much noise coming out in our rooms at night. Mostly the things were broken.

A great Place to stay , room are very good with premium amenities || stayed for 3 days, staff is very cooperative and polite. Food is delicious - they have beautiful rooftop restaurant. Safe & Privacy is at top. Must visit

I booked room yesterday and it was so dirty and in pathetic condition. Lots of flies in the room and pillows bedsheets all were very dirty. And the smell was like shit.. so I came back and booked another hotel for stay. It was my worst experience.

Third class service, worst room service. we organise a family function on dt 2023 and then no room service, no breakfast, tea service as per promise at booking time. All family members are feeling very bad.

Very bad experience of this hotel.i stay with my family, front of the hotel is very good but there is no privacy in the rooms , too much noise and no TV working , no hot water in bathrooms, if see for any low price hotel then it is ok.

Wonderful stay at the royal casa. Whole staff was very cordial, especially Manager Mr Rahul. We had booked the hotel for 2 days for our guests and everyone had pleasant stay. Food served was also very scrumptious. Night DJ was organized by Mr Rahul at the top floor. Haldi ceremony was also organised at the same place.

Rooms have no window or any balcony,non compliance of fire safety norms ie no fire splinkers ,no fire detector and no fire safety steps taken Under fire safety measures there should be 2 stairs for evacuation in case of fire. No rooms are available for drivers They told there is charges for driver room The morning breakfast served was very pathetic
