Wonderful and sweet staff and prompt service. Rooms were clean and kept proper. Food was delicious and there were a lot of choices in the buffet as well. A special thank you to Ms Manpreet, Poonam and Neha (ludhiana) for their special care and for their sweet behaviour towards my baby

Had a decent stay for work for 3 nights, rooms are big , well equipped. Courteous staff , and good breakfast speak and in room dining also pleasant. The only reason for 3 star rating , on the last night, there was a group of extremely loud and rowdy guests that after repeatedly telling the front desk could not be kept quiet, they were having a massive party in one of the rooms and kept the whole floor up till 1:30 am. Wished the management took this more seriously and not allow guests to gather in one room and create an uncomfortable environment for others .

I recently stayed at Regenta Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and exuded luxury, making my stay extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet dinner was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. Overall, the stay was definitely worth the price booked. I highly recommend The Regenta Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and pleasant stay.

We visited the restaurant today with a group of friends. The high tea was served with snacks of the best quality. Chef Rajinder served some of his best preparations. The Fn B manager, and his team of captains, stewards served us with great precision, mannerism, politeness and all facts of good hospitality were taken care of. We all felt greatly pampered, and we are already looking forward to our next meet there. Thank you Regenta Classic, Ludhiana.

I booked banquet hall of the hotel for a party along with 15 rooms for my guests' night stay... Truly speaking, the experience was awesome w.r.t. everything, may it be rooms, food, staff... Mr. Harish is really an outstanding manager out there and is supportive in all manner... Thanks for the great hospitality...

Hotel location is in the main city of Ludhiana. Reception staff are very polite and their behavior is good; valet parking is available. Good parking space is available. Rooms are nice, neat, and clean. The view from the room is good. Breakfast offers a good variety. Room service is quick and fast. Overall, the experience is good. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel service was very good ! But as you enter the room your eyes start burning... There is hot water 24/7, there is a pool, gym and health club. No outside food is allowed in the hotel. If you want to eat outside the food is still expensive. The view is good outside! Must visit.. It looks pretty dingy outside but never judge a book by its cover!

Stay was fantastic it's my business trip...............staff was very nice and helpful............food was very tasty and verity.............................................................room was clean and comfortable............. Ms Sarjala very kind and friendly............I would to like recommend this hotel
