Radisson Blu Hotel, Ludhiana

Overall experience was good and memorable. Cleanliness of the hotel is good . Interior of the room is fabulous and room service is satisfactory. Also staff was very experienced .food was very delicious and in good quality as we again visit in the hotel

The front office staff was very polite and humble. They were very sweet and helpful and the restaurant good and drlioous good.. Really highly highly recommend hotel must visit here ans will bring rest of my friends also...... ..............

#RADISSONBLUMBD #LUDHIANA - WARM HOSPITALITY!!!||Our very recent visit to ludhiana has been quite rejuvenating and pleasant. One - a great event attended at the #PCTE #HM #INSTITUTE and getting an award once again and our very comfortable staycation at the Radissonblu MBD Ludhiana. It's a beautiful Hotel which one doesn't realise until you enter the property as on our previous visits to Ludhiana we passed through the hotel and it didn't impress us from outside. Looks can be deceptive indeed. It is a nice property with beautifully done lobby though a bit dim lit at night, nice spacious deluxe room with big washroom n dressing room, nice and lively ambience of all the restaurants Indian, Asian and a multi cuisine one and a well designed Bar. Not to forget the huge Spa Area - "Espace" with Gym, Sauna, parlor and Massage room with experienced staff. Had a good Swedish massage which was quite comforting. ||Had a warm welcome by the Charming Marketing Manager Ravneet Gurm who had been closely checking and rechecking our arrival, was waiting at the lobby and F&B Manager #NarenderMann showed us the property. A true hospitality where guests are welcomed with a smile and escorted to our room. Everything was taken care of to ensure we had a comfortable n memorable experience.||#ChefSuresh and his team floored us by their amazing cuisine and we enjoyed our dinners on both the days we were at the hotel. ||Our first days dinner was at Cafe Delish which was full shows the popularity of their food. We enjoyed Gole gappas to start with followed by yummy chaat, awesome Shushies and Chicken n Panner tikkas. Each with their distinct n delicious flavours. Mains were equally delicious- Mutton Roganjosh with red spicy flavourful gravy and Soya mutter - tasted devine with crisp Indian breads. Ended the great meal with gujjia n Gazar halwa. ||Second day we relished dinner at their beautiful Indian Speciality Restaurant with a Royal decore. Mutton Galouti and zimikand ki Galouti were both melted in mouth with a burst of flavours and a must have. Dahi n Akhrot ke Kababs and Ajwaini Jhinga (Prawns) were mind-blowing as well. Murg Nawabi and lahsuni Palak with chilgoze in it was quite unusual and we loved it with lachha parantha. Dessert platter with Shahi tukra, Phirni and Gulab Jamun was a delight. ||Full marks to the food, presentation and service. It was nice to see quite a few lady servers at their Cafe all were very attentive courteous and pleasant.||A nice hotel under the leadership of very humble General Manager Neelabh Chugh is a great option when in Ludhiana. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and wishing them all the very best.

I have been to many hotel but this hotel is huge lovely and wonderful services its is way too beautiful and way to good and the staff is great and very friendly they explain me all the facilities and even given the early check in also I mean how good it is .

Very poorly designed with a tiny toilet, uncomfortable chairs, a small low tech tv and a broken swimming pool |The furnishing did look nice and I think might have been expensive but they were designed for looks and not comfort. |Silly ideas like having restaurant chairs with only one arm rest

This is the best hotel i visited ever in my life there staff members are very good all n all the hotel service is best i have ever taken......best off best hotel in ldh ....hotel has very beautiful rooms....there is also aaa parking in the hotel basement

Excellent ||Had smooth check in by the lady. Breakfast was very good. Room size excellent. A perfect business hotel.
