The breakfast at this hotel is delicious! The hospitality and service that my family and I received from the servers during breakfast, especially this one server, Kishan, has been tremendous and so beautiful. He is so kind and has been very attentive to our needs that even with a few words he understood what I wanted. I always look forward to seeing him in the morning. I had very Bad Experience. Despite my multiple requests, i was not provided king size bed. The room given was too small and was diagonal in shape as if a store room has been converted into a room. On informing the staff in morning, the manager showed a dead face and didn't show any kind of reaction on my complaint as if who cares. Please dont go by their words, first see the room and then only book.

Amazing family stay at park plaza... we were here for a wedding and the staff have been super amazing. Helping us out when needed. Food has been outstanding in the breakfast buffets and the team have really excelled in providing a 5 star service. A special thanks to VIjay Kumar ( duty manager ) who has been so helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend this hotel strongly as location for shopping, financial and transport links is great.

Park Plaza Ludhiana, located on Ferozepur Road, offers upscale comfort and modern amenities in the heart of Ludhiana. Ideal for business and leisure travelers, it features elegant rooms, fine dining, a fitness center, and excellent hospitality.

Room is OK. Breakfast choices are good but it could be improved by changing it day to day. Choices are the same everyday. Daljeet is on the welcome desk and server is a very happy pleasant young lady as is Suman and Kisan are also very pleasant and cheerful. The only disappointment is the other quests have to realise is that they are staying in a hotel and not at home, meaning keeping the noise down.
