OVEL HOTEL (LUXURY)

Very poor experience. The hotel did not have basic amenities like blankets or toiletries. Geyser wasn't working so could not access hot water. Staff wasn't very helpful too. Would not recommend at all!

The person on desk was very rude , he said rooms are available @800 , when i said book for 7 days , he said we cannot book at this price you will have to pay 1200 per day . Very bad hospitality

The property owners are literally scammers. I had a confirmed booking from Agoda but when I reached the property, they cancelled mu booking and forced me to take another room which was almost double the price. Also the staff and receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Worst hotel experience ever.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Ive had an amazing experience. The rooms are well cleaned considering The staff is super friendly and so respectful to their customers. They have been always available to provide the support to individuals that are in need. which made our stay much easier. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and I must say I loved it. thank you for everything you guys have done. I appreciate your support.

Great deal hotel with really nice standards for Ludhiana, I was surprised by the service quality of the team, they are very helpful and accommodating. I raised some concerns about the hygiene of the flour and the toilets but the team was very reactive and tried their best to sort it out. The breakfast was included in my rate and was very nice and enough with choices like Chai and Lassi. Wifi didn't work the all day, I didn't need it much so that didn't bother me. The shower was hot the first two days but the last day it was cold. Still ok. And I really recommend because it's not easy to find better with same prices in Ludhiana. Best hotel at this price.

I'm share my experience I took a room no.106 in this hotel on 27th nov which was for one night and they caused a lot of trouble.They didn't even run the geyser to save electricity, their staff have no sense to speak at all, they have illiterate staff.Don't waste your money and time coming to this hotel, it is not wise to speak to their staff. And they don't have any discipline. Don't come here.

The stay was good except some aspects of the stay . Mr Gaurav Front desk receptionist was very humble and helpful , went out of the way to help us. Positive points. Good location, easily accessible , ola uber pick ups were available and quick too. front desk staff and the house keeping staff of the day time was very good and helpful specially Mr Gaurav. Rooms were spacious and had good interior . The way they give you bath towels is extraordinary . they serve packed bath towel. Their suite room is extraordinary except for the fact that the bathroom is very small. Negative points. Bathroom drainage was a bigtime issue. Toiletries were inadequate. No restaurants facility available and as well the food they order is very low quality , I had to throw away the whole packet. they have terrace which is shown to be accessible to all in goibibo but they don't allow you to use it.

2 stars just for the room. Stayed here couple of days before. Reached around 11 pm. The guy gave us a supreme deluxe room which is no doubt in a good condition. But there was no light and the LIFT WAS NOT WORKING(the room was on the 3rd floor). There was a generator but the guy didn't turn it on as he wanted to save fuel for morning and hence there was no geyser, wifi and charging sockets facility available in the room(until the light came back in the morning). Also they don't have proper parking space and parking is only on the road. So honestly there are no LUXURY facilities in the hotel. They need to improve their service a lot.
