I had an exceptional dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The staff provided excellent service, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. The food preparation was impeccable, showcasing the chefs' dedication to quality and taste. Every aspect of the restaurant was very well managed, making for a seamless and enjoyable visit.

Decent rooms, convenient location for people who need to visit in the proximity. The biggest issue is food options. Very limited and average. A little distance from city centre though. Recommended if you have some work nearby only.

Average Experience.Location is good.Ambience and welcome staff is good.But chef is unexperienced.Taste of dishes is poor. Dishes like Matar methi malai,Kofta,Dal makhni,Yellow dal,Mix veg taste is very poor.Even look is not appropirate. Desserts are also average.

Beware of Valet Scam! Had a terrible experience at Maharaja Plazzo. Their valet intentionally deflated my car tyre, causing unnecessary trouble. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Completely unprofessional--avoid this place!

I have visited the place multiple times and even had my wedding reception here. But recently the staff here has become extremely rude. I had conversation with their manager Hem Lata, for a family lunch booking and she refuse to share the buffet menu without getting an advance payment. She went on to say you can talk to me if you visit I wont share anything over call. This is a first time I have experienced such arrogance from hotel staff despite me politely asking the menu to finalize my decision.

I would have given zero stars if that option were available. The breakfast menu is extremely limited, offering only Dosa and Paratha. To make matters worse, their Wi-Fi was not working, which caused a delay of nearly 30 minutes in the billing process. I would recommend considering other hotels instead.

Very good rooms and Services. You must try it if you are in Ludhiana. Book in advance. Breakfast options are limited but yummy.
