Stay was very comfortable rooms were clean and food was also amazing, specifically i appreciate parminder deaf, manoj, they made us feel like as our home even from hospitality team I would recommend miss suman also who assisted us very well while we were on our stay. I had a great stay at Keys Hotel, Ludhiana. The service was excellent, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout. A special mention to Rohit Saini, who went above and beyond to make my 2-day stay comfortable and memorable. His dedication and extra effort truly stood out. Worth staying in the property. Lovely support staff. Mr Daljit from the housekeeping department has been fantastic and very helpful. The hotel gives a lot of opportunity to deaf ad dumb employees which is unique to see. The server at the restaurant also does an amazing job

Bad smell, poor facility, and poor location. Despite its quite high price, I could not take even a shower(It stopped suddenly while taking a shower!!), and the internet was also not available for a while. In addition, the smell of the smoking room are awful and air was always humid. I just evaluate only the service because some of the staff are kind and friendly. However, the owner must consider maintenance of all the hotel facility again. Otherwise, I never stay here.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was poor, and the rooms were uncomfortably small and not properly cleaned. We were forced to change rooms twice due to their poor condition. The first room had a strong leakage smell, and the washrooms across all rooms were cramped and inconvenient. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast on New Year's Day was mediocre at best, and the service was disorganized and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I initially booked the room at 5,000, but they canceled my reservation and re-listed it at 15,000 for New Year's Eve. After significant hassle and arguments, they finally honored the original rate, but the entire experience left a bitter taste. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of basic cleanliness, poor service, and unethical handling of bookings make it an option to avoid. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and enjoyable stay.

So here my experience is not that great. Maybe I was gone there on the wrong day. First of all there is no electricity. Second their service is also slow. Food was okay okay. My seniors stay there for one day and they face the issue of water supply. No water supply for them. Food was so costly and not tasty at the same time. Not a good experience here. They can do better.
