We hosted our reception party here, trust me on this when I say "THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE SCENE IN LUDHIANA" And I hope they keep serving their guests with the same enthusiasm and power! Mr Baljit and team really put the extra effort in room decor. Ms Rajinder is a gem they have and she made sure everything moves well and smooth. Definitely coming back again for their rooftop experience as well. Kudos

Worst service ever.. we have a family function over there in the month of November and they have committed to serve 125 to 150 persons on first floor hall but our total gathering was 98 only but it was totally message in the hall. Their manager totally misguided us and took the booking. They are incapable to handle the big gathering functions. Snacks serving is too slow. We have cancelled 3 functions and taken out advance payment

The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Mukul Gupta is extremely courteous and helped us enjoy the food with his excellent service. The terrace is also well decorated. Must recommended place for dining.

All Good, had a great family time, Hotel staff are very professional and friendly. Rooms very well maintained. We enjoyed quality time here. Front office team very cooperative specially Pradep Yadav and Krishna. A must stay hotel in Ludhiana.
