Hotel Green Villa is one of the best hotels in Ludhiana, Near the Bus Stand. The staff was very cooperative and courteous. The room service was good as well. The front office staff was polite and helpful. Overall good hotel, reasonably priced, compact rooms. It was a very peaceful stay and Good for a short trip.

Vry third class rooms like smelly nd bed sheets nd kambals are vry dirty 0 quality rooms / Staff vry rude and unprofessional with dirty cloths / Hotel evergreen and green villa both are same person property / Not good any hotel from this line like sun view hotel and many more there / Uncomfortable washrooms vry small and dirty geyser not working and tv also not working and they said that it's not our responsibility if cable , wifi not working / Behaviour vry rude / They disturb u in ngt tym knock nd run away from door nd look carefully from key space they can see in your room with hole / Plz don't take rooms here if u want safe your family / 0 rating

Extremely unprofessional staff and owner, You are asked to deposit One Day advance but their Card Machine won't work, after this you would be harassed soon after check in I was asked to pay cash at 10 pm after my check in around 7-7.30 pm, told them that I am staying for 2-3 days, you can get cash once I come back from market tomorrow, to which staff agreed In the morning when I was leaving, again same staff asked me to pay one day rental, which couldn't happen as machine again didn't work Upon asking if you need it now, would withdraw from ATM, staff said no issue bring it while coming back Within 30 minutes of me reaching market, got call from the same staff to pay cash or we are removing your stuff from room , once you pay we would recheck you in I had heated exchange with staff n after 10 minutes, the owner calls me and uses abusive language I went back , paid money for a day and checked in somewhere else They lost a customer but bigger thing is that they lost credibility This is located bang opposite Ludhiana, Punjab Bus Stand A strict No-No for this Hotel Visit at your own Discomfiture n Pain....!!!!

Nice hotel...clean bathroom ....at. Affordable rate ....

I've Heard faculty is good,facilities also.
