Hotel Vikrant

Dear Hotel Chairmen, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hotel Vikrant. The behavior of the hotel manager was unprofessional and rude, making my stay unpleasant. Additionally, while the bed and curtains were clean, the food quality was completely unacceptable. The food served was unhygienic, and I even found a hair in the curd (attached photo for reference). Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that the hotel charges extra for a basic request like a salad, which is generally a complimentary part of a meal in most establishments. Such practices reflect poorly on customer service and overall hospitality standards. I hope you take immediate action to improve hygiene standards and train your staff to behave more courteously with guests. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter.

This hotel and it's operations are somewhat fishy the worst thing is gangs of parking mafia who will charge you 100 rupees for parking since there are no other option on top off that even if you go for enquiry still pay them since there's no space to park on road. Sort of nexus between hotels and goons.very pathetic and it reflects how useless entire governance body and hotel itself is to loot it's customers in such pathetic way and goons are quite dangerous and rude so I woul suggest to be carefull and avoid such places. Definately not family friendly.

Yatra shows only semi deluxe rooms .so booked one . Horrible condition of room . Sarai may be better. Ac is age old photo attached. Bed head wall show horror cavity. Comode flush not working,water jet broken. No drinking water in room. Staff is good but what is use without comfort in room. They have delux room too don't know the condition. Never again

Food: Exceptional and delicious dishes. Staff: Friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Location: Convenient proximity to the station. Cleanliness: Maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout. Overall, Bugget Hotel in Ludhiana offers great food, friendly staff, a convenient location near the station, and excellent cleanliness. Great choice for travelers.

One of the worst hotel i have ever seen..staff of this hotel is very rude..i came to this hotel on 25 may with my wife ad the hotel staff asked to to show the marrige proof that we are both married...never ever booked this hotel ,,staff is rude ..last time when i got to this hotel food quality was pathetic..not good for couples who are unmarried. And for family it is just a worst hotel ..one thing i will ask to this hotel .. aaaaaaaa thuuuuuu get lost

Very small rooms for that they charge too much & they also ask for extra money if you book online. Very rude to their customers and provide no service. I'll never recommend to anyone

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Vikrant; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. I think you guys can go for it. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Ludhiana. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the hotel vikrant offers everything you need if you don't feel like venturing out.
