Hotel The Taksonz

This is a 3rd grade hotel and not a 3 star. The following was the Buissness calls room experience: 1. In the reception entrance area, there was no cleanliness. 2. Toilet and bathroom were not clean. 3. Main and bathroom doors were damaged. 4. Outsider could easily see inside the room from keyhole. 5. No geyser, hot and clean water. 6. Bath tub was not clean. 7. AC as well as fan were not working properly. 8. Poor/outdated and damaged furniture. 9. Pathetic food quality and service. 10. No cleanliness in the room. 11. Initially, we were told that dinner was also included in the room tariff. However, after making the tariff payment, the supervisor in the reception told that only breakfast was included. 12. The supervisor to whom the tariff payment was made was not at all customer friendly. 13. The name of the hotel was not displayed outside but only inside the hotel. 14. The hotel area was too dark and gave negative vibes. 15. The pictures of the hotel displayed on the booking websites were far away from the reality. Never seen like this before in my life.

Hotel The Taksonz offers a fantastic location,its the largest and biggest and beat 3 star hotel near railway station, making it perfect for travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, and the food is delicious. With good amenities at an affordable price, it's a great choice for a budget-friendly stay

The room was comfortable, neat and clean but very old. The problem is the washroom, basin tape, hand shower and all not working properly, some are broken and very old. Now about service,I was there on 22-24 April 2025, their breakfast was good base on budget but the room service was worse I found. There was not AC remote, I called the receptionist at 10 pm, he said he will send, again I called 11 pm, he said same word that he is sending now, again I called 12 at night, he didn't pickup my call, then I went to reception, nobody was there, then I found 1 room attendant, I asked him that r u a staff, he said yes sir, then I told him full story, "he said sorry sir , nobody inform me" .Then he went and gave me the remote.

The location was convenient, and the environment was peaceful--perfect for a short break. The only area for improvement could be the breakfast variety, but overall, it was a great value for money. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The location of the hotel is excellent which is Bank opposite Ludhiana junctions Railway Station the food is available the staff is very cooperative further the owner himself is very good and helpful and take care of the people the breakfast is excellent with lot of items and the staff here are also equally sensible and human

This hotel is very good and staff very supportive. Hotel the taksonz is very good hotel here room is very clean and maintain. Here food very tasty. Front and housekeeping and kitchen staff very good helpful .
