The room was quite small, which might not suit everyone, but the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The food was excellent, with a good variety and quality that exceeded expectations. If you value great service and delicious meals over room size, this hotel is a solid choice

Had a get-together of 20 persons for a singing program. We experienced very poor service for lunch. Dishes were served one by one snd chapatis came when majority have finished.

Hotel was great with good service as well.Room was spacious with neat and tidy bedding.Location was perfect too as every market was nearby.Great breakfast and staff is very nice.Will surely stay again.

Easy to approach for me near gill hospital,bus stand,95% hygienic,75% cheaper than other restaurants & hotels near by at last "first impression ,is last impression"may god bless this hotel higher than highest. Waheguru next visit should b here in model town ludhiana

The staff is so rude! They don't have any manners to behave with their customers. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is not worth the price and location is not appropriate! Their is no place to park the car.

Located in model town centre, easy accessibility. Perfect stay, clean rooms.
