It was my engagement ceremony on 21st October Night. Their untrained staff tried to ruin it in every possible way. One of the waiter poured Chutney on my Sister's dress, and then on one of my friend's pants. Two other relatives barely missed spill on their clothes when waiters were carrying around the food. My dad gave the Manager Cake and told him that we will be busy tonight so please bring it when the couple put the ring. And the manager forgot about it, it also skipped out of our mind as we were very busy with all the shenanigans. Their AC broke in the middle of the ceremony and it took them atleast 45 minutes to fix it, everyone were sweating like anything. The Manager Govind was still defending himself and his team, saying that they can't do anything but saying sorry for all the trouble. He wasn't even offering any compensation for all these issues, infact he insisted on taking the full payment which we paid eventually. In one of their rooms, my father forgot his Coat Cover, which they kept on denying they have until we reached there next day evening. Then only when my father and one of the waiter went to the room, the cover was found sitting there. Seems like they don't even clean the rooms timely after a guest leave. Their service is very poor and staff needs training to how to be professional. Only answer they have to everything is sorry and not taking the responsibility. Because only their food was tasty, that's why I am giving them 2 stars

Ass experience. Would never come back. Worst service. Took my plate while I was eating food. Very bad 0/10. Would never like to come back

Rooms are in variety and affordable and Clean and helpful Servicing by staff. I asked for a customised dinner and they did it same as i expected and added some extras. Locations to avail very easy.. Cabs are reachable there . Prefered.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I must say it is a good option at affordable prices.
