I had an awful experience at this hotel. The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. To make matters worse, we paid extra for an AC room, but the AC didn't work at all. When we brought this issue to the owner, he was more interested in chatting on his mobile phone than addressing our problem. This level of neglect and poor service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
