Average quality of bed and water in washroom worse plzz improve

I stayed at the hotel for one night. Room was good. Other rooms were not occupied so kind of party by the friends of caretaker or owner was there for full night. They created alot of disturbance. I asked for the warm water for drinking purpose, they did not provide.

Price variation between online and offline is very huge. And those who booked online when they reach the hotel, the hotel reception person rejected the online booking and force to pay more money as compared to online booking. No hygiene present in hotel, the washroom are very unhygienic and the food quality is very poor, all over i said that the third class hotel i ever visited and stayed.

Room is like ok, but they should maintain more highgen like - they use small dustbins , almirah is full messed up etc.
