Hotel NAT GRAND REGENCY

When we visited last time, the food was pretty good, but this time, not so much! So, lacks a bit of consistency, but over all it's cool! Dining hall is well lit and air conditioned.Still a little congested though.

The food from their "Lazeez" kitchen is absolutely delicious--easily some of the best I've had in a hotel. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are exceptionally well-trained, always attentive to guest needs, and do everything with a genuine smile. The service standards here surpass what you would typically expect from a three-star hotel, making it a truly standout experience. The hotel exudes a warm and positive vibe, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would highly recommend NAT Grand Residency to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service. This is a gem of a hotel!

i have booked the most luxurious room but it was very average room , even the control of room temperature is on pre set mode , we cannot control by our own and the roof is not very high, the fan can hit your head if you stand in the bed, very very risk thing,

I had high expectations for HOTEL NAT GRAND RECENCY in Ludhiana, but unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised in the photos. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness, which significantly impacted my stay. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that hygiene standards were not being maintained. There were footprints on the floor, stains of unknown liquids on the walls, a strong smell of old drain water, and dust along the bed frame. When the tables were wiped down, the cloth picked up a dark film of dried-up brown residue, indicating a serious lack of proper cleaning. The worst part was the bathroom. I noticed small fruit flies around the area and informed the staff. Their only solution was to spray bug spray and leave. However, the flies returned shortly after. Upon closer inspection, they were coming from the shower and toilet drains. Additionally, there was a strong sewage odour that would come and go, making it extremely unpleasant. Mornings were also uncomfortable due to a strong smell of smoke that filled the air. On multiple occasions, I woke up thinking there was a fire, only to realize it was coming from outside, where people were burning materials. As for breakfast, the fresh items like dosa and parathas were decent, but overall, the offerings were quite subpar. This hotel has a lot of potential, but cleanliness must be a top priority. If proper hygiene standards were maintained, the experience could be significantly improved. Unfortunately, based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a very comfortable & pleasant stay at the a hotel. The food was good and the rooms were spacious. The staff was extremely cooperative.

I just visited NAT Grand Regency and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, The Brakefast lunch is also good, and I would love to visit again.

Very good food and was crossing by stopped for a quick tea but also has a quick b/f. Nice staffs and extended discount without asking for it. Ram Nandan Prajapati is an excellent human asset for your hotel. All the best!

Rooms are clean and neat. Service are good. Location are on very good place. Parking and market is nearby. Overall good.
