Hotel Nagpal REGENCY

This place is probably the worst in Ludhiana. The funny part is most of the positive reviews posted are by their employees. You will be ashamed in front of your guests if you do choose to host your event at this place. The manager has zero customer service. I have seen his replies to one star reviews. Food is awful. They will show you something else and serve you a totally different item in your party.

We have a marriage function of small gatherings of 80 persons here at Sargam Hall. Our experience was quite excellent. Food and Service were both were great. Decoration & Dj were very good. Fully recommended to all who wants to do any small gatherings functions,

Pathetic service, I have no words to describe my experience with them. I hosted a birthday party with them, service was third class, and the food was below average. I had to tell the waiter several times to serve food to my guests. Most of the waiters were standing empty in the hall with no snacks in hand to serve. And cherry on the top was Mr. harbhajan, their front desk staff asked me to clear the payment in the middle of the party. I was shocked to hear that from him. At least let my party complete before i pay you. Never ever will i host any of my events at Nagpal. Nor do i recommend you to host your event. If you read reviews before making a selection like i do, please stay away from this place.

We have a birthday function of small gathering of 60 persons here at Sangam Hall. Our experience was super worst. Service staff was super bad. Decoration was quite expensive from their end so we hired outside for the decoration. will Never recommended to anyone who is planning to do any small gatherings functions here

Nice hotel rooms were clean and beautiful.. bathroom also clean and good.. staff also cooperative.. I love buffet breakfast... Very delicious with lots of items.. all over good

It was my worst experience at Hotel Nagpal Regency. I attended a party and the staff who was serving were only looking for the empty utensils only. I ordered soup 2-3 times from one of the male staff but he was super busy that i have to personally take the soup myself.

We had an amazing stay at Nagpal ragency hotel The staff were friendly and helpful all the times specially Ms. Aarti from front office she is such a nice guy. Thanks to Aarti for my memorable stay at Nagpal regency .

We booked jarokha hall for the sangeet ceremony of my sister. All the guests were impressed with service, cleanliness and ambience. The management was also very helpful.
