Dirty smelly old hotel. Damp and terrible smell of mothballs. Old bed linen. The hotel is in its second year of renovation. It's disgusting to lie down on the bed

i stayed over 30 times in this hotel staff is very polite and gud attitude nd food is also very tasty must visit this hotel is good for all very prime location
Rooms offered by hotel are really spacious and nearly well maintained. Location is prime, on main highway. But 1 star reduced For their room service. One has to be ready to wait for about 30+ minutes for any order. Even for water bottles. There are few differences in menu provided in rooms with the one in kitchen. Do confirm while asking for anything. Overall nice hotel to stay, just few things to be improved .
In a nutshell, if one can have a choice of finding other places in the same price, this should not be booked at all. The room we were given had no toiletries, complementary water, hand towel, only one towel, no shower curtains. As per the management, there is no concept of shower curtain their washrooms. Well, there is no shower tub, it is just the way they constructed the floor. The rooms are spacious but what would one do with them if there are no proper amenities. Complementary breakfast is no good either-less options and no proper service. Poha was hard to chew for both the days we stayed. During the first day, we got coffee instead of the tea we ordered. (Even though there were only four people for breakfast, wonder why they got it wrong). Pranthas were not warm enough. ||||And I guess Management does not care about the bad reviews they receive on various websites, otherwise they could have amended the service.
Worst hotel I have been to in my life. The price of their room are exorbitant and the service is abysmal. They charged 4500 rupees for a single room and none of the basic amenities like shaving kit, slippers and toiletries were provided. The temperature of the room was chilly and to my surprise, there wasn't any heater. After requesting two times, they gave me an uncleaned blanket. The whole staff was unprofessional and stopped responding to my multiple requests to clean the room. Besides, their TVs had the worst satellite connection. It was a horrible experience living there despite spending such amount of money. If you are reading this review, please never consider staying in this hotel as there are myriad other better places to stay at economical prices in Ludhiana.
I stayed at this hotel twice. Once I came Ludhiana for training and second time for interview for promotion. It was a satisfactory stay on both the times. It's building is tall and attracts people attention from Ferozepur Road. This hotel arranged complimentary breakfast on both the occasions. Staff at the reception takes care of every aspect of hospitality.
An old hotel in the city. This place was once a very busy hub famous for its spread buffet dinner and mouth watering recipes. The food quality has remained the same however. But the place has fallen behind with others due to more new, hip and modern places that mushroomed in the city. The old charm is not lost at all. The banquets are also very big and support a wide scale of group.
The hotel is located well with good connectivity but the rooms and services are pretty average. They have good enough space so it's only a matter of providing services in a efficient manner. The staff is also average and some of it seems inexperienced. The food quality was quite decent.
