Hotel Lime Wood ludhiana

I stayed at this hotel for a night in the third week of January, and my experience was completely opposite to the misleading reviews online, which seem either paid or fake. Pros: * Located just 600 meters from Ludhiana Railway Station, making it easily accessible even at midnight. Cons: * Unprofessional & Arrogant Staff - The staff, especially the two individuals whose images are attached, were rude and unwilling to address basic customer queries. When I tried to give feedback, their response was, "Write whatever you want, this is how our service is." * Poor Room Hygiene - The room and washroom were dirty. Linen, blankets, and towels were old and worn out. * No Water at Midnight - I had to manage without water as there was no supply during the night. * No Complimentary Water - Despite being promised, it was provided next day morning. * False Breakfast Claim - Even at 8:30 AM during checkout, they couldn't serve breakfast. * No In-House Kitchen - They rely on external vendors for food. * Unresponsive Management - Instead of addressing concerns, they showed complete disregard for guest experience. Final: There are plenty of better hotels nearby. I strongly recommend avoiding this one and exploring alternative options for a more comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, offering helpful recommendations and making my stay truly comfortable. I especially appreciated sumit and love rawatfor their exceptional customer service. It's rare to see such dedication, and it really made my trip special. Highly recommend this hotel for the wonderful staff alone!"
