Hotel Heritage Inn

I m personally recommending this hotel, very well maintained rooms, kind and polite hospitality, good behaviour of staff.. Very quick service... Cleanliness enough maintained.. Satisfied to stay there

We checked in at around 11.30 at night and the person at desk was quite unresponsive. There were innumerable mosquitos in the room and the bed sheets were unclean. Even the blankets smelled. On complaining about it, the manager at the time was ignorant to the problems and blatantly refused to provide any help in making the stay bearable. The only positive was that AC was working fine. Though all the best controlling the temperature without the remote. Really bad experience!

The Location is little bit off from the main road but easily Accessible. Station is also just walk away from the hotel which is a plus. Good hotel and good option for budget accommodation near clock tower. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained. However the room size is too small but still good for business Travellers. ||||||It is Gud for business purpose, very near to railway station & main wholesale market.Very good stay for long time tour.

The old man(receptionist) was very rude, and we were shifted from another Oyo hotel first they agree to give us check-in, but when we reached the hotel, the old man didn't provide us a room. I connect with the service team of Oyo but the receptionist said if the previous hotel denied your check-in, how can you think we will give you a room, he ask for more money and said Oyo is nothing, and don't waste your time to call them, give me more money and check-in our hotel. When the Oyo service team called the hotel they didn't pick up their call While the phone was in front of the receptionist. I gave my phone to the receptionist and said please talk to the Oyo service team, but he didn't listen to the service team and said the Oyo service team call us on the registered number with Oyo. Very rude and misbehaving please remove this hotel from your service Oyo. They didn't care about your term and conditions. They don't care how much distance the person came from, they only need money from their customers and have zero value for Oyo to them.

Nice hotel. Small but compact room with nice interiors within a pocket friendly price. Location is also fine as it's only 400 meters from Ludhiana station. Akalgarh market is just 200 meters. Only con side is the way they operate AC as they don't provide remite and it's turesoti to call reception for adjusting the room temperature.

It was my comfortable and memorable stay. Room service was great. There was all basic aminties in room like Air conditioning, TV, geysers etc. Room was fully furnished. Bus station was just walking distance away from this hotel.

Nice and comfortable stay. The stay was indeed pleasant due to the great facilities and amenities like WIFI, AC, TV, geyser, fan, etc. Staff support was very excellent, helping at all times. This hotel is good for business stay or family stay. Cleanliness is well maintained in the room and wash room. So the stay was very nice for the price.

Good hotel for stay. Located in center of city. Well maintained property. Rate was average not much higher. Good service from staff. They were helpful in nature. My staying experience was good. They provide laundry service too. Food also available.
