Hotel Friends Regency - Best Banquet & Hotel in Ludhiana City

What I liked the most was the quality and quantity of the food served. It was very tasty and in a good quantity. With one dish, even three people could easily eat.

Inferior food served. Maa ki Daal did not Maa pulses only gravy. Paneer like synthetic. Parking thi basement mein usko hall banana hua Hai. Sad state of affairs

It is good place to stay. It has very good rooms and quick service. Their food is great and especially they are very quick in service. Do not take up much time in re-orders.

Very wrost experience taken room here there are lots of insects flies , bedbugs on bed and they charge 3000 rs for one night stay , please dont go there specially for room service there are lots of reasons for skin infections not recommended . DONT TAKE ROOM IN THIS HOTEL

Rude behaviour... Dont know how to talk.. request to everyone do not book this property for ur any special event. They dont know how to talk. At last they will say khana thandha khana padega. Snacks ni milenge. Tandoor thandha ho jayega halwai chla jayega.

Hi, I have been a customer of this hotel and have suggested my friends also to stay here. Not much to say about the stay, it was at par but their Valet service was the worst. The person driving the car hit it from back and is now saying that he is poor and can't afford it. I mean seriously? So anybody can hit and run saying I'm poor! Disgusting behavior, and on top of that the manager was taking Valet side saying that nothing can be done he can't afford the charges. Zero professional behavior. Action should be taken against the manager and Valet service should be changed
