Absolutely unhygienic and dirty hotel rooms with negligible basic amenities, faulty washroom faucets and door handles. Poor housekeeping efforts.

never ever stay in this hotel, it may look clean from the outside,it may look feasible because its in the main market ,but trust me its the worst hotel i have ever stayed. no cleaning,no toiletries ,none of the AC 's are working properly,they often shut down the lift also,the connection of TV sets are disconnected,the electric points and switch boards are coming out of the walls,the balnkets and pillow smells like they have never been cleaned. the worst experience at such a nice looking hotel.

A worst place to stay over here. We booked a banquet hall for function it was Unorganised. Worst decision to book this place.

I booked the hotel 15 days in advance and even called on the day of arrival to confirm my booking as I was arriving late at night. And when I arrived at 1:30 AM and ask for check-in there is no room available and the staff offered to sleep on the floor as if we travelled all the way here to sleep on some floor. I would never recommend this place to anyone and request everyone to book some other place please I stayed in this hotel for more than 5 years but now I am never going to stay there again

Issues: Cleanliness, TV & Geyser not working, Exhaust not working in washroom. Poor Ventilation, Poor condition of the room, Bed and Lenin are in poor condition. Complimentary breakfast was not served. Kitchen was not even open till 10AM. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Towels were dirtier than any of the cloths. No Parking for 4 Wheeler. Positives: Humble manager, Dinner was ok(Though it takes 1 hour for simple roti and sabji). Conclusion: will not recommend anyone to stay here.

As I always used visit same city but first I booked in this hotel and my experience was satisfactory. On the time of check in they welcome very gracefully. They provide welcome drink which is very pleasant. The front office and manager arranged my accommodation very shortly, all staff greets very well provide all emenities which suitable. Food was good , room was dust free and fresh free Internet also provided. It's really a Value for money place.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel City Home staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
