Not able to properly community with the employees working there. It seems like they don't care that I wanted to stay their or not

Overall, the hotel's condition is great. But the only downside(s) are the staff's rude behavior...

My recent encounter with Hotel Brown has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the fraudulent and unethical behavior displayed by this establishment. Not only did they take our payment without providing us with a room, but they have also refused to issue a refund and have demonstrated a shocking disregard for customer satisfaction. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Brown, it was clear that something was amiss. Despite having made a reservation well in advance and even providing our credit card details, we were informed upon arrival that there were no available rooms. The sheer incompetence and lack of organization on their part were evident as they failed to honor our booking. To add insult to injury, when we approached the staff to seek a resolution, they displayed a complete lack of empathy and responsibility. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and taking immediate action to rectify the situation, they shamelessly denied any wrongdoing and refused to take any responsibility for their failure to provide us with the room we had rightfully paid for. What is even more distressing is their total disregard for basic communication. Not only did they ignore our numerous calls seeking an explanation, but they also consistently failed to pick up the phone, leaving us stranded and with no alternative accommodations. This lack of response and accountability only further highlights the unprofessionalism and deceitful practices of Hotel Brown. To make matters worse, the management has stubbornly refused to issue a refund, as if it is acceptable to charge customers for a service they never received. Their complete lack of integrity and unwillingness to rectify their mistake is utterly outrageous and borders on theft. It is disheartening to experience such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic ethical standards. Hotel Brown has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for their customers. I strongly advise against anyone considering staying at this establishment, as it is clear that they cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises or provide even the most basic level of service. I implore others to learn from my unfortunate experience and avoid Hotel Brown at all costs.
