Terrible Experience - Would Never Recommend! I had a very disappointing experience at Benson Regency, Ludhiana. I visited the hotel's bar yesterday and was completely shocked by how we were treated. They cheated us in the billing -- initially, they showed us a menu with one set of prices, but when the bill arrived, the prices were significantly higher. When we questioned the staff and asked to see the menu again, they showed us a completely different menu with inflated prices. This was clearly done intentionally and felt like a scam. Such unethical practices are completely unacceptable, especially from an established hotel. The staff's attitude was unapologetic and dismissive. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. There are many better and more honest establishments in Ludhiana. I will never return and urge others to stay away from Benson Regency.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Staff and manager were very respectful and helpful. Food was tasty and cleanliness intact. Recommend for stay. Would love to visit again.

The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully maintained, and the food was simply amazing! Hotel Benson Regency is one of the best place for celebrate the special occasions. We booked them on September 15 for Ring Ceremony they provided us A-one Quality. Their food and their services were on Top Notch. Special Thanks to their Manage Mr.Sunil, he gave me full of security while we booking the Venue that he will provide us quality service and He Fulfilled our wishes. Thanks to each and everyone who puts their efforts and dedication to make our day more special. I will highly recommend everyone if you r looking for a banquet hall for your special occasion then you should give a chance to Hotel Benson Regency.
