Grand Marian Hotel

My brother booked this hotel for a wedding. We arrived in the evening, and I appreciated that the hotel is located right on the main road -- very convenient for travelers. The overall environment of the hotel felt nice and welcoming. However, I was quite disappointed with the room experience. The central AC in my room wasn't working, and when I reported it, they suggested using the split AC -- which also didn't function properly at first. They eventually repaired it, but when I asked for a room change, they didn't accommodate the request, which was frustrating. Also, my room didn't have a fan or sofa, which affected comfort. The tea served at the hotel was not good at all -- definitely needs improvement. Another major issue was with the lift. The buttons were not working properly. At one point, I got stuck in the basement because the lift wouldn't respond. I had to come out, and even after pressing the button again, it didn't work. Eventually, I had to take the stairs. Only later was I able to use the lift again. On the brighter side, the reception staff was kind and helpful. A special mention to the lady at the front desk who assisted me when my mother wasn't feeling well -- her support was truly appreciated. This hotel has good potential due to its location and ambience, but they seriously need to improve their room service, maintenance, and basic facilities like lift operations and food quality. Overall, it was a decent visit, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand merian and had an overall decent experience. The hotel has a good location, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. The staff was generally polite, though service could be a bit slow at times. The amenities were satisfactory, and the food at the in-house restaurant was decent, though not exceptional.

Had a wonderful birthday function at Hotel Grand Marian in victoria banquet hall. It was an amazing party enjoyed by all both kids and adults. We were so impressed with the staff who took care of everything from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were excellent. The food was absolutely delicious both veg and non veg. We would highly recommend this party venue for their kids and familyreally it was loving we all loved it very much.

From Andhra Pradesh,we went for doctor visit in Ludhiana Grand Marrian Hotel is too good to stay , as a women I feel very safe in this hotel service mrng breakfast call all to good , mostly local auto vala charging us extra all staff included reception sir also come , ask him not to do over with visiter, All over very very peaceful and nice place to stay , thanks too grand marine staff, recently I , whenever I go back to punjab for sure I stay there only .

Utsav hall is a great venue for hosting wedding functions we had approximately 200 persons in that hall Really excellent hall. Very nice decoration , amazing with their services specially the manager Mr.Ankur and Mr.Jagmohan were very polite in nature and very nice food as well. All the arrangements done were very well done and we really liked our experience of hosting our wedding functions here.

Yesterday I have attended couple kitty with my friends at hotel grand marian, Ludhiana . It was one of my best experience. The food was delicious and the service was really great. Mr Sumit gave his full potential to our service. We will definitely do our next kitty in Hotel grand marian . Thank you for great hospitality.

Poor dealing. No words. Zero commitment. I paid 20000/- advance for some function. On the day of function while the function was in full bloom, they sent their worker and said that amount will not be adjusted and i had to pay urgently to not spoil the function.
