GARDEN VILLA

We had recently booked the villa for our family function and must say it was a memorable experience . The owners / hosts are extremely polite and their hospitality is amazing. Every request was honoured . It's spacious comfortable , ample parking , lavish rooms with all facilities. The best part is host is amazing Thanks

It's really nice staying at your villa . property is very luxurious and well maintained. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for use.. feeling a homely atmosphere. Price is very reasonable and affordable and they have provide exciting discounts as well . Very good place to stay and enjoy marriage functions group gatherings etc . Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay .

I recently randomly stayed at this property while coming from Amritsar to Delhi at night for a halt with my family I called them from getting no online at 11:30pm and talk with owner for prices Owner was very polite and cooperative Rooms are decent at this price range 1800-2000 Only scaring part was that hotel was vacant only one room that is ours occupied at that day Parking is available Overall it's good experience

It was an amazing experience. Every service we requested was taken care of. All our guests were very happy. Hygiene was maintained throughout the time. Very safe location in residential area. Thank you so much

Mr Pukhraj Singh ,the Owner is a very friendly and caring person and takes good care and goes out of way to see that you are very comfortable while staying there. He even put special tv channels which my wife wanted to see on tv like Colours HD etc .The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are also hygenically kept clean. There are more nice big rooms and this place is also good for a group of friends who want to enjoy Ludhiana. Our 2 pet dogs felt homely and were happy here wagging their tails . This is also a pet friendly place. A Nepali care taker Vishal & his wife are also helpful . We enjoyed staying here. On Mr Pukhraj Singh's advise, we enjoyed eating delicious food at places reccomended by him and enjoyed site seeing wonderful places and loved Ludhiana so much. Will surely stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay for a reasonable price. Owner is really friendly and helpful. This place has got a care taker who is very efficient too. A quiet and neat place in Ludhiana. One of the best thing was the parking space available which is good enough to accommodate 4/5 cars.

Very pathetic hospitality by the owner. He promise alot and delivery nothing. More than that he will never return your security amount. We booked this place for wedding guest . All rooms were dirty . Washroom pipes were leaking. Our guest got stuck inside room and washroom coz door lock were damaged . Cherry on top he blamed us for the door lock that we used those locked coz of that it got damaged.. and we have to pay for it. He charged us 5000 for single door lock. Which cost 800rs . After all this he misbehaved. He's greedy person with no values. He have renamed this property from DS ROYAL GUEST HOUSE to Garden villa . So he can hide negative review of him on that account. After reply from owner 1. Regarding payment terms before giving keys you have taken all amount in advance+ security amount. Nothing was balanced to be given to you. 2. No keys were given of the room. And my guest were stuck in bathroom because of bad locks. Which were broken by your person whom you have sent to open door . 3. I paid for extra guest and you were told about that at time of booking. You also agreed for same. 4. No guest did early check in to your place. It was only cook who were allowed to enter @ 10 am which was supposed to be 7 am. 5. All guest left the venue well before time and all the caterer waste was dumped as well

I really enjoyed my stay here. I got value for money with the room, it was spacious and had comfy beds. The host was very responsive and always checked up to see if I needed anything. I would recommend.
