Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Money I had a very disappointing stay at Clark's Inn Express Ludhiana. First, there was no parking available. They told me they would park my car after the bank next door closed, which meant my car was left on the main road for 2-3 hours. I had booked a suite, which had two TVs (55-inch and 40-inch), but neither of them worked. Even after informing the hotel staff, they didn't bother to fix them. When I asked for room service, they simply said, "We don't have room service." When I pointed out that this should be mentioned on the website, the response was, "Where is it mentioned that we do provide room service?" Instead of clarifying or offering a solution, they just avoided responsibility. To make things worse, their restaurant was not open for dining either, leaving no proper food options available. Overall, this place lacks basic facilities and proper service. They should stop calling themselves a hotel and label it a motel instead. Definitely not worth staying here.

If I wanted to shoot a music video with my team in a room, would that be suitable? So, for about four to five hours, what would your charge be? Please reply.

Had paid some advance but once I arrived at this property, it was obvious I was going to waste that money paid. I decided to stay at a different hotel which costed just a little more but is a hundred folds better. This shady little hotel has no lobby, the "reception" is literally under a staircase. It didn't vibe with me at all.

It was a very pleasant stay. I was with family and our family enjoyed a lot there stay. Rooms were so bigger and spacious with him tech amenities. All amenities in washroom. Smooth check in smooth check out. Very cooperative staff. Breakfast was very good. Night staff and security was also very polite and nice.

The reception and entrance is such a turn off, it looks like a shady place. Rooms look good in pictures but in reality the furniture is worn out, dirty and surfaces are full of dust. Food is absolutely below expectations too. We reached quite exhausted so had no option but to stay for a night, but let's take it as an experience of where not to stay.

Booked this hotel via Agoda messaged the hotel via Agoda site requesting two extra beds. Clark hotel agreed. When arrived they wanted extra money for child single bed.|Manager Shivel took advantage off us knowing we could not cancel hotel ones arrived, I contacted Agoda did not want to know even after showing screenshots of conversations on the website. ||AC full off dust ongoing building work which was not mentioned on website.||Club on 5 floor which was not mentioned when I booked.||Breakfast was same everyday. |Stay away from Agoda and Clark Inn express Ludihanna

Nice location, comfortable stay, cooperative staff, nice ambience, neat n clean linen. Most important safe n secure for family. I felt same like n home and staff was very cooperative. We were late for the breakfast then also they served us. The staff don't no to say no as they are such courteous. Warm welcome at reception at the time of Check in. Service was very fast. After entering the room received a call from reception to know about room comfortability. Morning reminder call for breakfast. I felt very happy by seeing then hospitality of Clarks. keep it up guys !!!

Good hotel at great price and had every facility but not same as photos posted on google about this palace.
