Chevron Klassik

The rooms in hotel are spacious but their keeping is not well. The towels (see the photograph of white turned grey towels) and bed sheets are not clean enough. They don't provide shower gel and moisturiser. Though they provide tiny bath soap with hair shampoo sachet. No bathroom sleepers, no dental kit. Bathroom is big but not much hygiene. After wasting 3 buckets full of cold water, eventually got luke warm (not hot) water. Their restaurant is good and well kept. They serve good quality food. Restaurant staff is also good. They have parking space for 8 - 10 cars with shed. They have iron gate which is shut down during the night for the safety of parked vehicles. I had reached there at 11.45 pm and the property was locked which was opened by Hotel Staff after blowing the horn. Location wise this property falls on the highway goes to Ludhiana and easily accessible. A railway track goes behind this property and passing of trains makes good noise. So one cannot have peaceful sleep during the night as trains keep coming whole night. If given a chance for booking hotel for my family, I will certainly not choose this property. I have booked a deluxe room and horrible experience. visible dirt/dust, stains, pest infestations, and unhygienic bathroom, rude staff, malfunctioning rooms - unable to switch off lights and a general lack of basic amenities. Doesn't deserve a single star.

This hotel is the best for customer service and room management I love this hotel very much and I recommend to everyone to visit atleast one time for good experience

*1/5 - Disappointing Experience* I recently spent a night at Chevron Klassik Hotel, Ludhiana, and it was a huge letdown. *Issues:* - Room wasn't clean - Bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable - No water supply in the bathroom - Food quality was appalling - Staff was uncooperative *My Takeaway:* - Hotel staff was unprofessional - Facilities were outdated - Location was inconvenient *Recommendation:* I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I have booked premium room, even water bottle was not there, furniture was dirty, curtain was awful.

I had a bad experience with the hotel's service, be it room cleaning or any other service. Water bottles were provided only on the first day. Rest all the other days we were literally asking for every single thing. There were people at the reception who were saying sorry for everything. Rooms were not clean, Kettle was in a bad condition. There was liquid inside it. There was dirt on the table. There was TV but no remote. On being asked they gave us a remote which was not working. They took good amount for a deluxe room but their services were third class. No toiletries provided except for soap and shampoo. Food in the restaurant was above average and the only good thing about the hotel.

Nice Hotel at economical price. Good rooms, in restaurant dining small but good, staff very helpful. Railway line nearby so noise is a challenge. Outside of this, good place to stay. Would recommend for budget travelers

I had checked in hotel at 23:58 on 26 Mar 2023 and checked out at 08:30 am on 27 March 2023. Till date they have not provided me the correct bill with checked in and checkout time. I am chasing for correct bill but they have very poor response. not supportive and not providing senior contact no for solution. This is a pathetic situation. Very bad experience.
