Pathetic experience, had booked this place in advance for about a week. Washrooms seems like they have never been cleaned in years. Pictures available on google are way too over promising. During the entire week neither the bedsheets were changed nor the towels(even after asking). No one would even bother to make the beds too. Ended up doing everything by ourselves. Asked multiple times for cleaning the bathrooms, nothing was done. Even handwashing liquid or soaps were not available. Had to buy everything with our own money even after paying them. The lady who owns the property is rude too. Would never suggest anyone to book this place unless it's an emergency. There are a lot more better options available under similar prices with better service and facilities.

The property has well-furnished rooms and the cleanliness of the property is so up to the mark. The washrooms are neat and clean and have all the necessary toiletries required for stay. It is very budget friendly also. The food provided is very tasty. The owners of the property themselves help in the servicing the guests so humble and polite. It also provides travel services like bus ticket booking and cab booking on site. Very peaceful location away from chaos of the city. Do stay at this place if you are looking something in ludhiana

Booked this Property for a corporate stay of my team. It was very nice stay during the entire event at Ludhiana. Rooms were spacious and neat and clean with all the basic amenities. The host of the property was very polite and humble always there to help whenever required. The price of the property is very pocket friendly and the location is very peaceful away from all nuisance of the crowded atmosphere of the city. The property also has very flourish private garden where you can sit enjoy leisurely. Do visit this this property for stay in Ludhiana to rejuvenate yourself

In the month of December we booked this property for 3 day stay for the roka ceremony of my cousin. The place is very maintained by the owners and it is located on very peaceful location of Ludhiana and surrounded by greenery all around. It also has a very maintained garden adjacent to the property. We enjoyed our 3 day stay with our entire extended family over here and will recommend other also to book this place for their family functions.

Positives: Cleanliness, hygienic, water RO and fridge was there, some utensils were given, bed sheets, blankets were provided. Every room has washroom attached. Negatives: No respect for privacy, overpriced, remote location with less networks, no WiFi. Violation of privacy (owners came in the flat while we locked it and went out for function), they turned off the fridge to save electricity and all our fruits, vegetables got stale and it was all smelly, OVERPRICED (induction/gas wasn't there, no toothpaste/towels, smallest soap given for handwash only, TEA was given by the owners, priced for Rs. 20 per cup. No electric kettle/microwave was provided to heat food. Basic amenities WERE NOT given. Owners were rude and interfering, speakers were provided for a day at Rs. 500 and when we woke up next day, the speakers were gone. Again, invasion of privacy. When asked why, they said it is only given for stays and every guest brings their own equipment. Market/shops even main road were half hour away from the place. No swiggy/zomato would come in the location. How you can improve: If you charge so much, kindly provide basic amenities, atleast wifi should be there, some kitchen utensils and an induction. Half of the plug points dont work, it is too far from side tables. Privacy of the guests should be main priority, if someone pays rent, they own it for a certain amount of time, even the owners should respect that. We were insecure the whole time. Also, please DO NOT restrict the guests from enjoying and playing music/dhol while the nearby guesthouses allow that same thing.

Peaceful * Pleasent A perfect weekend getaway!! It is a less than 20 minutes' drive from Railway station/ bus stand. The apartment is located by the peaceful colony Palam Vihar. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. We could view the sky and feel the cool breeze from the balcony. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk around in such a quiet and peaceful environment. There was a small indoor park for the kids to play and enjoy. I must say all the COVID-19 protocols were thoroughly followed by the staff of the property. Felt like home entertainment hosts treated us like family and provided every possible effort they can. Sanitisers were kept at multiple points for everyone to us. The food was excellent and it was comfortably delivered to our rooms without any hassle. All in all, the staff was very responsive and friendly. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ludhiana.
