It's a package deal kinda a place! You've got Rooms, a restaurant , a banquet and a cafe! The rooms are comfortable- neat - cozy. The staff/servers are friendly and warm. The restaurant food is class apart! Ask for bom naan! Actually ask for anything- the food is great. Then you have Barista cafe which is usually open till 1-2AM - service there - debatable - coffee: classic barista, Vibe: 10/10 . Especially the outdoor sitting, keeping in mind the location - it's got greenery in a spot in Ludhiana where no one would expect it. The Hotel service - kinda home away from home.

Good to see hotel on main road and very good access to local transports and banks, many official Ludhiana offices beside the hotel, staff is very good and friendly, hotel is maintained at its best, don't miss the breakfast in morning, for break fast check your bookings

I am a business traveller and have stayed here for 3 days . All i got to say is excellent about this hotel. Quality of bed linen, toileteries, mist importantly the housekeeping. Blown away with the detailing they have done witg the property ....

The best and most flexible hotel service in Ludhiana! Due to an unforeseen issue, I had to cancel my booking at the last minute. With just one call, the staff understood my situation and canceled the reservation without any hassle or extra charges. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend A Hotel to everyone!

A Hotel is a nice hotel though I had a major issue with basic bathroom facilities (perhaps just my room, though it was very inconvenient for me). The rooms were clean, though a bit dated, with some chipping of wood furniture, etc. The TV did not work. Linens seemed clean and the room had a basic tea/coffee facility. Breakfast was quite decent and they made eggs to order (basic omelette) and had some South Indian dishes (idli and upma) on the breakfast menu too in addition to North Indian dishes like parathas. The staff were helpful and friendly right through. There is also only one lift, which usually meant a wait. It's a good thing the hotel didn't seem full when I was there, else the lift would certainly be an issue. I had to wait a while each time I needed to use the lift. However the biggest issue for me was that the bathroom in my room (507) was abysmal. The mixer didn't seem to work and all I got was a trickle of hot water. Having realised this once in the bath, there was little I could do. Clearly, their bathroom facilities require major maintenance--at least in room 507. The towel didn't seem very fresh too. Toiletries were decent and there was soap, dental and shaving toiletries available. I also had dinner at their Kylin restaurant on the rooftop that has branches in Delhi and Gurgaon and specialises in Asian cuisine. The restaurant is pricey. Service was good though a bit slow despite the restaurant being fairly empty. Though I asked for a non-spicy bowl of some Korean dish I got a very spicy one. Kylin also has a nice looking restobar and seemed to have a good crowd there. A Hotel has a coffee shop on the ground floor where breakfast is served as well as a Barista coffee outlet. Was there for an overnight stay on a business trip--checked in around 9 PM and left in the morning. Overall a good hotel stay which was partially ruined by a non-functioning tap mixer that had clearly not been maintained properly.

Booked the hotel premium room through Agoda app.. payment was done .. the staff told that they don't have any booking with them .. showed them the confirmation letter too but they didn't agreed .. it was so disappointing they didn't even gave us other room as nearly there rooms were fully booked and there was no rooms available in nearby hotels too .. we had to come back to or home i.e which is 4 hour drive as we didn't had any choice left .. we got stuck in smog .. couldn't see anything on road .. nearly escaped accident multiple times .. I requested them that I want to have a word with the manager but they didn't agreed on that too .. OUR LIFE WAS AT RISK BECAUSE OF THEM and AGODA .. either you remove your hotel from such app , take legal action against them if they are wrong.. sort it out .. AUR someday you have to pay for this if someone on higher authorities will know about it

Reasonably ok type hotel. The rooms are spacious and cosy but in most of the rooms, Refrigerator and TV needs intervention of hotel staff to work properly. Bathroom fittings, flushing needs repairs. Car parking available. Decathlon and Westside and other shopping area is at walkable distance. Staff is nice and courteous. Hotel lobby needs more seating/waiting space/chairs etc.

Hotels lacks a Signage of 'A' as per its name. The signage mentions it to be hotel 'Grewals' & hence it could be difficult to locate. Rooms were stinking of moisture. It was ok to stay here solo. Might not be a great property for a family stay.
