I loved the stay. Front desk manager was very polite and supportive. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food served was tasty. hotel has own parking in basement. Room service was moderately quick Booked room online but faced no problem while checking-in. Overall nice experience.

I am surprised to see the change that has happened in this property . Use to be a lively place but now reception seems gloomy. Service in banqueting is pathetic. Broken chairs of banquet hall. Snacks being served cold. Using malamine plates instead of bone china .

I got married in the resort right opposite to the hotel and it seemed to be the best option to stay there. The room that was shown and the room that I got were two different things. An extremely old room with a broken jet in the washroom. When I say a broken jet, I mean it was just the pipe... so I got a commode with pipe. I did see holes in the bedsheet too. The weird stink of wetness that the room had was horrible, and, oh, how can I forget the rat I spotted. I was definitely not in for this adventure. My experience was horrible, I did not stay in the hotel for the next night and booked another, though my poor mother in law and father in law kept staying there as they had a lot of luggage.

This hotel does not obey the basic of privacy of the room mates which is very important you need to knock before entering but the hotel staff member unlock the room with room card and entered in which is very shameful on their part .This hotel should respect somebody's privacy and they should have basic etiquette of hotel management which they really don't have worst experience How can u unlock a booked room guys?? Shameless staff I will complain in oyo head department .We were talking and he just unlocked and walked in and ranaway Is this a behaviour hotel staff members are guided with ???? Worst hotel ever

Nice Room, complimentary Breakfast. I was Stayed with my family, it was very good experience . Staff behaviour was also good. I recommend to all my friends to stay at Z Grand Hotel. :)

Banquet interior is awesome & food is too good, nice ambience, overall very good experience during our stay , we'll definitely recommend to our friends & families to visit this property once keep it up hotel team

Worst Hotel ever I have been stayed. The washroom was literally broken everything tap, shower, toilet seat was broken .I ordered a cup of tea and it came one and half hour to reach me. The staff was very bad. I took most expensive room.. But It was like 3rd class room of 3rd class Hotel

The hotel is good, but the maintenance of Property is not done by the owner. Seepage in rooms, mattress worn out, light missing in places, soap stands not there, staff is also lazy. Lift is also not maintained.
