Very good service at any time of day/night as we reached there at night but they even provided us warm food that was great

Not suitable for family staying. Worst experience. Right place for OYO stay. You will feel like in G..road. Connecting rooms...every wispering in adjoining room is audible.

Old school type hotel. The rooms are very dull. Very low light

So rude behaviour of the staff of hotel flagship ess enterprise...when i entered in the hotel he said our hotel is full n it's not my problem... contact Oyo customer care...so embarrassing...so bad hotel n total bakwas

Very smoothly and lovely behavior nice

Food & service is just awesome. A gym is below hotel but there are some beer bottles we saw at balcony but it seems that it's very common in Punjab. Being from bihar we are not used to that otherwise it's safe for family but I would not recommend this hotel for women to stay alone.

The rooms are pathetic and dirty .. don't book it on any online website as they will refuse to give room at the quoted price...the service is worse I stayed there for 4 days and they didn't even changed the bedsheet once .. neither anyone came for sweeping or bathroom cleaning ...the dustbin was full and had to call may times to make it empty.. the rooms are stinky bathrooms are dirty and the food was pathetic too ...I only advice to don't ever go there for stay ...you will regret paying the price..

It was a nice stay spacious room nic furnishing. Daljeet (manager of the hotel) was very good he helped us alot and make sured that ourcstay will go comfortably... Other staff was also good
