This is a SCAM resort. If you want to face EMBARRASSMENT in front of your friends and family then book this resort. We have book this resort to party with few of my friends who were visiting Ludhiana. We booked the resort few days before the event and the event was suppose to be on the open ground. When we reached the resort there was no arrangement on the open space but it was rather near entrance of the resort. My friend were not comfortable to party near the entrance. So we asked them to make the sitting arrangement near the pool. There were 3 staff in the resort and It took them 30 F**KING minutes to shift 7 seats and a small table. My friends were standing for the whole time. After that they bring the Fans but staff were not able to turn on the fan for 1 and half hour. After that we decided to took over the situation and it took us 5 minutes to tun on the fan. My friends, on the month of July were sitting without and cooler or fans and with mosquitoes. After that it took another half an half an hour to bring Glass and water. I have to run the the counter multiple times. The day we were booking they told us that there will be water on the pool, but on the day of the event they denied to fill the pool with water. Next morning when we talked with the manager rather then being apologetic was telling us to do what ever we want. After we post the review the manager threaten us and started to point finger at us so that we delete the review. This was the worst experience we ever had. It was such an EMBARRASSMENT and I will make sure non of my friends, family or any one I know should ever book this resort.

The service during the night is pathetic, we paid for 3 rooms and had asked to arrange the dinner/snacks outside. It literally took 2 hours to arrange everything, we had to start fans by plugging live wires into the socket ourselves, the manager rather than being apologetic was rude and said this wouldn't have happened if the function was conducted during the day, which was totally off hand way of handling things. Oh also the pools are empty, Don't do functions here in future. Oh also they ask you to delete/edit the review, totally unprofessional.

Not recommend to anyone....Really fraud people's....overall pathetic situation....even sweepers r trying to prepare food....hardly sardar g on reception ....He's completely blank...wastage of money....moreover d food charges r as five star hotels...we hired 4 rooms....but it was horrible experience dere...it's just a banquet rather Dan anything else....Plzzz don't plan to stay dere ....it's will really embrass u in front of others...Nothing is dere...rather Dan bluff n cheating

The place is really beautiful. The surroundings are safe nd relaxing. Had a very great experience.i'll surely recommend to each of my family and friends

Good quiet resort with sincere effort to serve. We will be back.

Pathetic experience. Owners are having very poor conduct of dealing with the customers. Will never recommend to anyone

Locations are very well designed, especially the bridge for JAIMALA.
